    Top bar nuc dimensions question

    I'm going to build a top bar nuc to use as a swarm trap. Thinking about making it about 21 or so inches long and the same width & depth as my top bar hive. Any input would be appreciated.

    Why are you not using wedges? I'm afraid that your comb will be crooked if you don't give them a guide of some kind. I made guides by cutting a kerf and glueing Popsicle sticks in the kerf.
