    The threat of AHB in Texas is real, in fact I've almost quit doing them! I would suit up really good until I see how they act towards you. BE CAREFUL!!!

    The eggs have to be between 3 and 4 days old. If they are older than 4 days the larvae is going to be too old.

    Keep the entrances reduced...I opened mine up this year and to my regret I ended up with a heck of a wax moth problem....The full entrance is just too much to guard...

    Question about Nurse Bees

    If a person has a frame of capped brood is it nessary to take the nurse bees with it? What i would like to do is put a few of them in a mating nuc and use the brood in a weaker hive. Will this work?
