    Google Hawaii queens. Queens from Texas probably wont be available for another 6 weeks or so.

    Bring the frames of capped honey into your house for a night or two to warm them up before putting them into your surviving hive. Make sure it is a warm 40 plus day before you open it up again.

    The bees in one of my hives barely made it through the winter. There is just the queen and a handful of bees left. I had added this queen last August to a bunch of bees I had obtained from a cutout....

    Cleaning frames

    I fought the paw (bear) and .....
