    Since I'm new and don't really know what I'm doing, I'm here again.
    Is it normal or is there some orginizational problems? I'm referring to the comb being developed on opposite sides of the frame....

    Yes. The top hive has capped honey in it. I believe the bottom hive does also. I will double check all of this when I start the extraction process.
