    I had the same problem. Dadant frames also. I made the sides and other long parts a little longer. Had to add a thin piece of wood at the back of the frame rest so the frames would not fall off.

    I read a study somewhere where the people treated daily with vapor for months with no damage. Someone else may have mentioned this haven't read the whole thread.

    I built mine almost exactly the same. Except I ran dados across the plywood on the bottom board. I feed thru holes in the inner covers with quart jars. Holes covered with screen.
