    My bees are so tame I can get in and get out of the hive without smoke or anything. I have a hot swarm and they require all the bells and whistles to get them to calm down.

    Take the drippy ones off and put them on the ground in front of the hive. Get your bottom board free of deep gunk and dead bees. Your hive will fix itself in a week.

    I have my bees in Mineola which is near Canton in East Texas. I averaged about 10g per hive for my two. Just expanded my apiary to 10. I am surrounded by 900 acres of wildflower and uncut pasture....
