    BIP survey results show slightly better survival rates in bees placed near corn and soybeans, at least in my region.

    It's a big improvement over the comon entry-level gate, maybe a drip after every fourth or fifth bottle. But with mine, in order not to leak over time, the tension screw needs to be cranked down to...

    I agree with Enjambres. Add supers according to progress, not time. And progress is indeed non-linear. As population increases, so does progress. IMO, a new beekeeper should check every week or 10...

    Lots of Ohio and Yellow Buckeyes around me. Bees work the Yellow Buckeye heavily. I've not noticed any harm.
