    Justin- I'm certainly no expert, but if it were me I would just reach in along the bottom and gently pull the jar away from the cluster.

    How did you put your Queen in? Is she in the cage still...

    If you do the remote hive you should look into the "Perone" hive. It is a large leave alone hive.
