    As a back up to electric fence I use a ratchet strap on the colony,keep him from totally destroying usually.

    This year out of 16 we lost 2 in Jan. maybe 2 more in Feb.,not sure yet.We didn't have a good cleansing flight day in Feb. Won't be as long as it has been.

    Buying out commercial wooden ware.

    Would like opinions on buying the wooden ware from a small operator.At their peak they had 100 + colonies.The state inspector said he ran a clean operation.Will be buying in bulk of 50 to 100...
