    I used 5/8 x2" aluminum bar stock. I created the part in CAD using mm because it was much easier. The final for size of the block is 60mmx 50mm, the pan is 30mm x 25mm x 9.5mm.

    I was able to drill and tap the holes for theflow plugs today, if everything works well I will find out tomorrow if I need one or two glow plugs, after I finish wiring and attaching the handle.
