I've surfed for an hour and everone advertises the planes to "easily replaceable element" ...try to find one!...

I have a batch of traditional ( dandylion and lilac honey)that's 10 months old and still cloudy.

What can I do to get it to start and clear? THe last batch i did no probs, this one's a pest....no...

It was added 5 days after initial pitch. No worries.

I did some pear in the fall, haven't tasted since around christmas...but it had a bit of a strong twang to it....hope it comes around.

I did a 2 batch's of joe's ancient orange last year too. One with 1118 and one with 1122 yeast. The 1122 was fantastic and the 1118 had a bit of a bitter taste, however i should have been more...

What are you shooting with them?

I've used 180gr copper jackets that split on impact for moose and work great. But haven't heard of solid copper.....pretty hard i'd think.
