    We don't officially have them either. Police killed one in bardstown and I expect the state to claim its a pet or something.

    I built mine almost exactly the same. Except I ran dados across the plywood on the bottom board. I feed thru holes in the inner covers with quart jars. Holes covered with screen.

    Mix some honey b healthy in it and cool where cool. I stored a bucket of 1:1 all summer in my kitchen. Didnt spoil and no mold. Tasted and smelled great.

    I looked it up and wiki says its main use is as a surfactant but, if you keep reading it says it can be used as an emulsifier.

    Now that we are on this subject. What is the sodium lauryl sulfate included for? I know it's a surfactant.
