    After you get it assembled, sand it smooth and apply a good coat of wax (bee's wax of course). This will make cleaning the glue off a lot easier.

    Have you checked that the temperature is actually 100 degrees ? It is possible for your thermostat to be off 5-10 degrees. I would turn it up a little, 110-115.
