    I use disposable scalpel blades. Would help to heat it and bend it on a slight angle to get a flat cut between the cell and the foundation, any white you see is RJ, she already had her fill of that....

    No , Put a drop of honey on the cage, that should last her till you put her in the hive. Then the bees in the hive will feed her. Attendants don`t belong in their hive, they will accept her better...

    Swarms are not that bad, if you catch it. What I do is make nucs out of the cells, nice big fat queens,hairy legs and all. Use the whole frame or cut them out. Yes you can cut them off of plastic....

    That`s it. Make supers for them to add as they grow,stop the swarming. I made mine using DeCoates plan turned 90 degrees with ledge on the long sides. Drill 1" holes on the ends with screen for vent....
