    I got some great Carni queens from CF Koehnen and Sons in California. Should be producing some queens possibly off them in the next year or so..they will be PA mutt bred though.

    What is the best way to deal with a hive in this situation? I don't want to lose a whole hive if there would be a way to introduce a queen...but if I do have to kill off the hive or shake it out how...

    Well they are here and both got excepted as soon as the cage hit the top of the frames. I will check later this evening on them. Wouldn't doubt if both queens will be out by the same time tomorrow....
