I made one from that very setup and have used on two or three cut outs. Make sure you mark the buckets so as not to put the "inner" bucket on the outside. Makes it very difficult to get the buckets...

Found one of my queens from a swarm...probably the old queen....caught and marked her. She appears injured after the marking. Should I go ahead and requeen, wait and see if she dies or wait for them...
