    Kind of early for package bees upstate NY??

    Talking to an aquantance today and he told me that a friend of his sold him 2 packages. The ground here is still covered with snow and still cold. Seems a little early. Any thoughts?

    I do store extra honey I don't bottle in 5 gallon buckets. My spring /early summer honey I tend to bottle more because it takes a long time to granulate. Fall honey a different story,...
