    Thanks that's what I suspected, but I never knew they used the water to dilute the stored honey. I red to look form them taking up water in the spring too but I never knew why....Always learning...

    HBH Honey-b-Healthy it is added to sugar water Marketed as a feeding stimulant with essential oils...I have used it seems to help keep the feed last longer and the bees seem to take it up a bit...

    The trick is not to over fill the baggies, I use gallon size and keep the baggie limp when it lays down that way when I slice it there is no pressure so the syrup stays in place....I like it cause...
