I am looking at an older uncapper with the non adjustable pillow blocks. How much is the upgrade kit?
I have a chance to buy an older Maxant uncapper at a good price..........I am running about 50 hives now and plan on 500..........I am hoping that this will be suitable.
I have the sealer i recommend for sale on my site www.honeystickmachine.com i wish you luck in your endeavor and if you have any questions dont hesitate to pm me on here.
750 watt is what I recommend. Also when you seal you have to keep firm pressure on the seal for several seconds after the sealer turns off so the seal has time to set.
300 watt is not enough for what your doing. I recommend at least a 750 watt unit and a good tip is that when you seal........have it set pretty high and hold the sealer down for several seconds...
Thank you for the feedback. Always nice to hear good things.
Now that is not too bad an idea. right now it uses up almost the whole 16" of the sealer. Might make it too wide with the tee's but can see where your going with that.
No wonder you havent came up with a better idea. Your trying to use a cheap $29 sealer and not a quality sealer from the leader in impulse sealers, such as i use and send with my machine.
I wish to thank all the people who have kept an open mind on my machine. There are those that find it necessary to nit pick and say things they have no clue about. I have to wonder their motive. ...
It is patent pending thank you very much. A machine does not have to be power driven to get a patent.
Wish I could sell them that cheap. But really my time and commitment to the quality of the product I put out prohibits that.
Great question. Answer is BOTH.
Thank you. I guess you said it better than i could. I looked all over my ketchup packet i got from wendys and nowhere is there a certification for use with food. Thank you for your kind comments

I understand you questions and of course I had those same questions. In KS we have to have our honey processing facilities inspected by the state. They come at least once a year and we pay them our...
Your right. Maybe I am a little protective of what I have done. Going through the patent process as we speak and that is at least a $5000 ordeal. I am just trying to offer a easy to use cost...
Why dont you PM and ask me how I test and develop my device? I have been in development for 5 years, tested and have made over 15 thousand honey sticks with my device. Buy it and take it to your...
I order from www.onlinelabels.com I use OL663LP for my lip balms. I like them because they have a seal that the consumer has to twist off to use the lib balm. Gives our customers that added...
I am on Local Harvest. It has brought some business but not too much. Worth the effort though as our name gets out there
that would be too much fun and you know us Americans can't be out there having fun when we need to earn money for the Govt.
I do know that potatoes are more efficient in terms of total output. But that involves mashing and malting and other things to get the starches to sugar and then convert to alcohol. What I would...
Bringing this out of retirement.........I am not a conspiracy theorist but can see a sever economic downturn coming if we don't do something quick. So Since I have antique tractors and equipment I...
Yes we use a website as a tool and as a store. Works great for us as the more people we meet at festivals and such we give them our card and they then reorder from our site. www.johnwaynehoney.com
does creamed honey have to be kept cool once it is finished? I mean will 90 degrees hurt it if I am at a farmers market or something?
And next year you are $7500 in the black when you sell that honey. But you should be able to get $5.00 a pound retail if you hustle your butt off working farmers markets and wekend festivals.
I have made a machine that does nine at a time similar to Anthonys. As soon as I work out a few kinks I should be able to make them at around $500 each. Having trouble with a few issues (leaking)...
