    I am used to seeing drone brood in cornors or in odd places around the hive so this was odd to me. so thank you good to know things are ok

    I treated 3 of my hives the last week in august. I didn't have any problems during the treatment. I didn't remove the patties because they say the bees will remove them. well I am removing suppers...

    I had some robbing going on so i had them reduced to maybe a ¼". I have to admit I didn't go into the bottom box much. They have clam shell type frames / rubber band and yarn holding things together...

    Oldbee I never had to feed these bees . they came from a cut out early in the summer.
