    For all of my old crusty frames, I boil them using an old Turkey Fryer (filled with water and a tiny bit of soap and bleach) then wipe them off using an old terry cloth towel. Don't boil them too...

    I bought one in 2001. I've been very happy with it. It still works great as it aways has. I have extracted shallows, mediums, and deeps with no problems.
