    Re: First inspection

After some contemplating I've decided to just let them do their own thing even if it sets them back with production. There were four frames full of bees and I think new bees emerged today.

    inspection camera

Anyone here used them on your hives? I had one laying around collecting dust and thought I would capture some video without tearing down the hive. Do you think it would be too much of a nuisance?

    Re: Help!

Makes me wonder if there is something in the hive they do not like, I'm very new to beekeeping but that just doesn't add up. What are the hive bodies made of? Do the frames have permacomb in them?...

Re: Day 1 and everyone is dead. What happened?

So sorry to hear about this, as with anything new we must learn.

    Re: What insects are these?

I'm not sure that they were sweat bees, that was a while back and can't remember exactly what they looked like, but no the Apple trees died almost instantly, very odd.
