    Mark an unused box then transfer the frames over to the newly marked box. Mark the now vacant one and on the next inspection transfer them back.

    For the fence to shock anything a connection between it and the ground must be made. The electricity has to go somewhere. Unless you have a wire so close to the ground a bee can touch both the fence...
