same here and I actually do not operate it in this position. Only positioned it that way for the benefit of a clearer picture.
Mainly for agricultural reasons (improving pasture quality on the organic homestead).
Whereas I let the clover bloom for extended periods (for the bees and other fellow pollinators), nectar/pollen...
Just sharing an idea:
4 weeks after installing a 3# package in my TBH the population grows quite nicely.
I still cannot afford to loose a single bee to the mower.
This low-tech 'implement'...
Do you know what the seed is coated with? You might want to make sure it is not an insecticide coating, or -even worse- a systemic one. I am sure you follow the neonicotinoids controversy...
