    bee quick works for me and it works well.
    I tend to agree that older left over from the previous season bee quick is not as fast acting as a newly purchased bottle, but it's still effective.

    beekeeper lingo meaning treating hives with varroa mites with Oxalic Acid. OA is sold as wood bleach in hardware stores and not specifically as a honey bee mite treatment.

    I'm not in the midwest but they grow well here. Some farms set 30' tall posts with wire trellis for them. All of them I've seen face south.

    You'll need to make a "Bee Hoppy" sign for them to grow...
