Florida cutouts
The head guy that oversees the bee removals in FL. spoke at our clubs meeting last nite. As of right now it is legal for registered beekeepers to remove bees from structures and charge a fee without any special license. I thought that was good news. There maybe some changes in the future but, it sounded like he is going to keep it like it is for as long as he can.

Re: Florida cutouts
John.
They intend to make the changes permanent. There are things you must do and thing you must not do.
You must be registered with the State as a bee Keeper.
You must not use chemicals.
You can remove bees for agriculture purposes.
You cannot remove bees because they are pests.
Google Mike Page and his papers.
