I spoke too soon. These mocs used to be made in the US. Looks like they offshore their production these days. Sorry...
Cabelas used to carry one made in alaska. Don't know if they still do or not.

They say USA materials and USA labor. Made in Minnesota.
Find a trapper and buy a green hide of some sort. Tan it out, sew it up and you will have one without any question.
Probably coyote would be the best.
Or you could buy some cowhide off a local meat processor, and tan the hide, make the moccasin and line it with one of the furs from a local trapper.
