Start-up Supplies in Honduras
I am looking for a supply outlet in Honduras that sells all equipment for a start-up operation. I live on the Bay island of Utila and could use some help in locating equipment locally to avoid all of the shipping expenses of ordering everything from the states. If any of you could point me in the right direction it would be most appreciated.

There is a cooperative over most of Honduras to buy bee supplies from, COAPIHL, La Cooperativa Agropecuaria Apícola Pionera de Honduras Limitada.

Yeah, thanks. You gave me this same information through a different thread. Is this the only supplier in Honduras? I sent them an inquiry, (in English) and have not yet received a response. Are you connected to this outlet in some manner that could be helpful? I would really like to get geared up and have at least two hives in place before the end of November.
Re: Start-up Supplies in Honduras
I am not associated with COAPIHL in any way. They rarely answer Spanish emails and do not speak English.
Re: Start-up Supplies in Honduras
OK, I totally don't get it. The web page advertises products and services, yet there are no 'click on' spots to be redirected to the order catalog. How is one to ever buy their products?
Re: Start-up Supplies in Honduras
In person only, you realize this is in Honduras. They make all the woodenware and import the hard goods.
