Not sure if a paint strainer will remove it. But I prefer not to.People in my neck of the woods tend to want Raw honey.

i do not want to remove the pollen eather. i was told that a paint strainer was too fine, as it would remove the pollen.

I use the stainless steel strainer that fits over my storage bucket. Bought it from Walter Kelley. It strains off the heavy wax. After that, I let the honey sit for about a day and then bottle.
