Well,here we are with our first freeze of the season tonite, and I haven't even harvested yet! Along with work and way too many home projects, fall has snuck up on me. Extractor (Maxant 3100) hasn't arrived yet!
Maybe it'll be back in the 80's soon. I surely hope the girls are "furring-up" for the winter, it seems they can't expect much help from me! :) memtb

You can always harvest in the Spring. I have also taken off honey, here in northern NY, up near the Canadian Border, w/ 6 inches of snow on the ground.
I ordered an extractor (didn't really need it for my small operation),and am waiting on it.I may be extracting in a warm room,but I'm kinda excited to see how my first harvest turns out. With any luck I know what the relatives will get for Christmas. memtb
