Two Weeks

I installed a Nuc in a 10 frame hive with new frames / new foundation. (Just starting out so all I have is new equipment) I am new so I'm not really sure what I am looking at but it looks pretty to me. Anyway this is what they done in two weeks. Is this a good pattern? Please tell me what you think?
