Shipping Queens out of the US

I had someone from Russia contact me about obtaining queens from the US. The gentleman appears legitimate. He has 150 hives and wants to obtain Italian Queens from the US as he bought some previously and had great luck. I have never heard of anyone shipping queens to Russia. Do you of anyone who does so that I can refer him? thanks.
