Queens emerged early

I had some queens emerge 2 days early after grafting. They look fine but is it from poor beginner grafting, warm temps, or does just happen on occasion?

I know this is not be a straight answer but, it could be both. Warm temps can cause them to hatch a little early. If you graft larva a little too old they can hatch sooner than you may expect also.

Yep. Been real warm which can shorten hatch by a day and if your larva were 36 hours old that will add another.
