Killing ants
One of my many hobbies is killing ants and trying to win the war against them. This war takes place in the house. I know that they will win if I only kill the ones I see in the house. I don't want to use the usual spray chemicals offered at the home centers for outside foundation application.
I was just over at my neighbors and he told me about a product he just started using.

Has anyone ever used this stuff and if so, was it worth it? I've got to get rid of the ants this year. Order from the boss.

Re: Killing ants
I've heard that they won't go near peppermint essential oil, and it can act as a barrier.

Re: Killing ants
For the house some people sprinkle 7 mule team Borax around. I haven't tried it, but heard it works.
There are some orange oil sprays available at hardware stores you might want to try also.

Re: Killing ants
I find they pack off alot of crumbs.
I use ground cinnimon both around the hives and in the house, not very durable out side in the rain but its cheap and safe. Used only to deter not kill. Jim
