Buckboard Bacon

Anyone ever make this? It looks easy to do and looks good.

Why would you waste a good butt making bacon? Smoke that butt, slice it thick and chow down! :D

Smoke butt is one of the things I do best. :eek: Pulled, not sliced. ;)

Figured I would buy 3-4 when the put them on sale for .99 a pound and make bacon out of one.
