advertising

I am from southwest FL.
I am going to try to sell some hives this winter (NOV thru FEB).
I am going to start advertising soon.
Can anyone reccomend some publications or websites that are frequented by almond pollinators heading to or located in CA. (other than this fine site) :)

The American Bee Journal and Bee Culture magazines are always good places to start. The Speedy Bee is another smaller publication. I would also try local internet classifieds. We have one here in Utah - the KSL classifieds - people advertise everything including beekeeping supplies. Many times you can advertise in various newsletters from the many beekeeping organizations across the country. California has several. Anyway, good luck.
