Why?

Why does this forum list the topics alphabetically instead of by date like all the other forums?

Every time I post on this forum I have to click on the date order to get them back in date order. It seems like the default on this forum is alphabetical.

It's nice to be able to sort the orders, but,,,,?

I'm not seeing this, the subforums are ordered the same way they were on the old board, and the threads within the subforum are newest first. I haven't played with that order in the profile, but I just looked in there and can't see any option that would set anything as alphabetical :confused:

In the User CP you will see "Thread Display Options" with "Thread Display Mode" as one of the settings. Choices are:
Linear - Oldest First
Linear - Newest First
Threaded
Hybrid

No, that just changed the order of the posts in the thread.

I mean the order of the threads in this forum are alpha and not by date, and in this forum only.
