The Kansas Honey Producers Association is having their Spring Meeting and Workshop this weekend in Emporia Ks.
I was wondering if I will see any of you there?
Dale?, Michael?
If you need an information flier, call Joli Winer at Mid-con 18005471392 and she will fax you a copy.
It looks to be a good program.

My weekends are all booked up through middle or the end of April. Sorry. I have taxes to do, bait hives to prepare, PermaComb to wax-coat, hay to get for the horses and a horse expo to take them to... etc. etc. etc.

Can't go, got company in from out of town. Maybe next year. Dale

Hi I was thinking about trying that pernacomb next season. Have you used it in the past ? what about that pre waxing? Thanks Dan

I have not used it yet. I have tried waxing it by preheating the PermaComb to 200 degress F and dipping in 212 degree wax and I ended up with cell sizes equvilant to 4.95mm cells. I will post my results when I get bees on them.
