I'm picking up a swarm on monady the 5th and I'm going to combine it with another swarm I picked up a week ago. I was wondering if I should let the two queens fight or if I should kill one.
(Sorry for the stupid mistake on the title I noticed it befare I could fix it.)

Sorry about my horrible spelling on my first post. It isn't a swarm I caught it was a hive and I'm caching another one tomorrow. I was wounding how to combine the two hives and how I should get rid of one queen. Should I let them fight it out or should I kill one? I'm combing three hives in to one so they will have a large population. One is a swarm just recently hived and the other two are hives one I just picked up.

Do any of these hives have drawn comb? That's the most important thing this time of year; drawn comb and winter stores. Just run the queens together and let the bees decide, that's much less of a problem.
