Troy, for some reason I'm having a bit of technical problem with this, but here's what I want to do with this information in mind: We all run into late summer bee food plants. It's easy enough to find things that bloom in late August through October, but sometimes, as with Asters and Golden rod, honey made with the plants tends to crystalize thus is no good for winter feeding. I'd like to somehow start a "for sure" list of flowers, etc. that can be planted without the worry of either honey crystalization or stinky honey. Asters create both of these problems. thanks for the help, Mike.

I'm not sure how to move one. If I figure it out I'll move it. :)
