I have a developed (and provisionally patented) a box joint jig for a table saw or router table around a totally new concept for indexing the work pieces. My jig is safer, faster, more efficient, and more productive than many commercial jigs available. As a fellow beekeeper, I have tailored several aspects of this jig specifically for beekeepers.

The price of the basic jig that cuts 3/4" box joints is $185 plus $10 Handling. You will pay the amount of the UPS invoice to your location. The shipping box will weigh 25-30 pounds. If you wish more information call or email me. I can send you my 15-page users guide to the jig.

Please do not leave comments about the jig on this thread -- not allowed by BeeSource for sale forum rules.

Beekeepers,

Here is a video that I made last spring in one of my customer's shop. They are making 1 1/2" box joints eight boards at a time. I provide text to explain the process.

I have reduced the cost of the jig by $20.00

Looks like a slick jig Carl--wish I had a fraction of your talent! Once my schedule settles down a little, I might try making some hive bodies out of cypress I get out of east Texas. Good luck with what looks to be a terrific product. Chip
