How long to find the new entrance after adding a 2nd deep?

I just added my 2nd deep ever on a hive. That is awesome, my little bees are really moving along!!!! Now, by adding the 2nd deep my notched inner cover is higher up on the hive, Many of the bees have found the opening already but many returning home after foraging are a bit confused as to what happened. There are many bees flying around in front of the hive and attached to where the opening used to be. How long does it "normally" take all the bees to find where the heck the door to home has gone? I find that my bees usually orient to a new entrance location within a day...overnight they generally calm down and "follow their nose" to home :)
