Too much honey/nectar/pollen and no where/very little room for the queen to lay in the brood area.
Most likely caused by over feeding, maybe a really good flow, or too small of an area.
Stop feeding. Put empty frame or two in the brood area so the queen can lay, or extract a frame or two. Keep an eye on there status, give them bigger hive, or another box move some empties in the brood area.
