brand new at this, don't know anyone with tbh. bees moved to back end of the hive, behind follower board where syrup is located, and started building comb on the honey sized bars. wondering how to get them back to the front of the hive. they've only been in hive 4 days. ahhhh....thank you for any advice!!!

I'd leave them alone for now; then bring the bars that they started building on up to the front of the hive after they have some capped brood. That way you can move 'em to where you want them with much less chance of causing them to abscond.

I agree with rob I would just move the suger syrup to the other side and let them build where they want to. You can manipulate the hive once they are more established.

It won't hurt anything. As they build comb, and during your inspections, move your narrower bars to the front and back
of the cluster of combs. Later move some narrower bars between the thick bars and work the thick bars back to become
your already drawn out honey combs.

Sorry, I was thinking no follower.
