Small Cell Queens

I have a question. I am going to be raising queens on natural comb and selling them. If I sell a queen to someone using large cell foundation will this cause a problem with the queen laying drone eggs or some other problem?

I do not understand why folks speak of small cell queens. The queen is not raised in the small cells of the foundation but the specially constructed queen cells that hange from the outer edge of the regular foundation. I have not noticed any reduction in size of the queen cells between small cell and large cell foundation hives.
