website must haves

Hi all,
Well since it's winter it's time for studying or building it seems...well I'm gonna try my hand at a website over this winter and was wondering what you all thought are 'must haves' for a good apiary site. Anything that sticks out.

I have been looking a lot lately and they really range from 'just posted' to very professional.

Anything your customers have commented on or really appreciate?
