Are so good. Seems to be a pretty good crop were I am at. My babysitter has quite a few pecan trees and sells them. Ate about a pound tonight.

The neighborhood we lived in before now was built in a pecan orchard, we had 6 very large trees that produced TONS of nuts....oh how I learned to hate pecan trees!! They are SOO messy, there is always something falling off of them....still love pecans thought!

hambone, did she let you stay up late eating pecans? mine always makes me go to bed early while she stays up watching scary movies.
I purchased 50# for $1.00 per #. What are you all having to pay for pecans. These were the the large varieties. Excellent taste and well filled out this year.
