Does anyone have plans and/or photos specifically of SIX-WAY migratory pallets.

There is a post here on pallets where the question is raised but never answered...

Thanks

Well, I did answer it. Though you may not have gotten or liked the answer.

There are migratory beekeepers who have 6ways that are just warehouse pallets. You have to have bottomboards that are flat on the bottom and nailed to the bottom deep super.

Others build 6ways w/ solid plywood on the pallet and U clips. These work for 8 frame equipment and 10 frame, though the ten frame pallets are a different dimension than the 8 frame.

Sorry, no pictures.

Going to the bee meeting in Syracuse this week, sylus?

I saw your answer, liked it, but was still looking for plans, pics, dimensions, for six-ways with plywood decking and shims. One of the points of having the pallets is to eliminate building, buying, and maintaining bottom boards, at least as far as I'm concerned.

Anyways, I could probably figure it out on my own with some empty boxes, a tape measure and a pencil... and I'd probably have them built by now. :lookout:

Please post the meeting info (time, date, place). I didn't know there was one.
