What's a tasting room? In TX. we call that the Dining Room or the Kitchen Table.

Just so I have it right. They have a special room where they taste wine and thats it? Do the do the glass swirl and smell it then take a small drink.

Yeah, its a fancy people thing...but I think the Bacon and Wine pairing thing sure does go a long way to making it UN-fancy and a LOT more fun!! :)

That does make it much better. I am on my way to their facebook page. Once they accept me as their friend, it’s all down hill from there. :)
Back in the college days a group of us were asked to leave a wine tasting because we wouldn’t the swirl and stuff. We were taking them like shots. Good Times! :D
