fermented honey

:doh:Forgot to shake uncapped comb before extracting and now I realize that some fermented honey got into the batch. What if anything can I do now? This honey is not for sale but my own use however, it's about 20# worth.

How do you know it is fermented? A small amount of nectar mixed in with the capped honey will still be within moisture limits to prevent fermentation.
